We are Phil and Mindee Wolverton. Together we have raised 4 children, 3 of whom are married and off on their own, leaving one teenager at home.  Our family has served together in ministry in a variety of positions.  Phil has served as a youth pastor, staff pastor of a large church, lead pastor.  

We moved our family to the Standing Rock Sioux reservation to serve as missionaries to the Native Americans.  While there we pastored a longstanding church in one community and re-established another church that had been closed for almost a decade. We also learned to homeschool to help our children continue their education.

Our next move brought us to North Dakota Adult & Teen Challenge where Phil served as Executive Director and Mindee was the Communications Coordinator aiding in various publications, grants, and external communication.  She also taught classes and directed the choir. During this time Mindee completed her schooling and received her ministerial license as well.

Due to our varied types of ministry experiences we not only have experienced the hardships associated with ministry, but we have seen the extreme needs of others in the ministry.  We don’t claim to have all the answers.  We just want to provide a space for those who are seeking help in dealing with real life in the ministry.
